Today’s a bittersweet day. My term as PR and Marketing co-chair for @haul_yp is coming to an end and I’m all over the place emotionally about it. I made the decision a few months back not to run again because I wanted to focus more on #NULYP efforts and also put more time into my blog, podcast, and just myself in general. I’ve had an amazing term and I owe a good chunk of that to my phenomenal co-chair, Nick.
Nick, you were my partner in crime this year and I’m forever grateful for you. We accomplished so much and went from being virtual strangers to good friends this past year. I know that you’re going to do amazing things this upcoming year in Fund Development! I love you and thank you for making it that much easier to serve in such a demanding role.
I also want to thank the rest of the 2019-2020 ELT for their hard work, keeping me on my toes, and helping me grow this past year. We had a unique year and had to pivot on a dime this Spring, but we did it and did it well. I know that y’all are going to have another great term. Love y’all and I’m looking forward to being a regular member on your committees. Let’s continue to propel the movement forward! #ThisIsHAULYP
I guess I should add this to my LinkedIn profile now, huh?
