I don’t know about y’all, but I’m still listening to Christmas music. In fact I’ll probably be decking the halls with boughs of holly until well into the new year. I kind of have this thing where I’ll start playing Christmas music off and on after my birthday in August, ramp it up after Thanksgiving and then hang it up around January 5th. This means that every version of “Silver Bells” is playing at my apartment and my desk at work.
Judge me.
Actually, don’t do that. And the reason why I say that is because it looks like Spotify is on my side with this. I actually discovered this curated playlist on there yesterday and it was too perfect to not share with y’all today. I don’t know what it is, but I can hear “Little Drummer Boy” and “This Christmas” a million times covered by just as many artists and it will never get old. Because let’s be honest, there’s only about 30 original Christmas songs out there. They’re just covered by everyone and their mom and put on hundreds of holiday albums.
And I love them all!
That’s the reason why I wanted to share this playlist with y’all. It’s 98 tracks and just over 6 hours of music, perfect for those final holiday activities and getting you through those last few days of work for the year. Take a listen below and thank me later!
