I’m excited share this collaborative post with y’all about one of my favorite things, vacations!
When luck decides to look down upon you and bless you for whatever good deed you did in the past week, she sometimes decides to schedule your holiday from work during the times of an actual holiday. Just imagine it, the whole Christmas week off, or the entire lead up to Halloween to yourself. Well, when luck does have it, there’s plenty to get up to during it. So if you’ve decided to take a holiday away whilst you’re on holiday during a holiday, here’s a few things you can get up to to really celebrate in style.
Hire a Boat for Halloween
It can be hardpressed these days to find a house that has the trick or treating sweets ready when you knock on the door. So, take your wannabe Halloween celebrations elsewhere and do it on larger scale. Having a good trick or treating experience is considered a staple after all!
Water’s spooky, isn’t it? With that in mind, use its ghostly reflective abilities for your own needs and have a party on the water! It’s great for playing music as loud as you want, as there’s no neighbours, and your costumes will have a greater impact at the same time. If you need a party boat hire service, be sure to book online for the best deals and availability. It’s no good rocking up to a dock just to realise you’ve been scammed!
Head to the Beach for Christmas
Enjoying the great outdoors is something good for us all no matter who we are. However, even if you’re somewhere where the cold season likes to roll in, try to get out and about as often as you can. Set yourself an example for what to do when the weather dictates otherwise! This could mean a hot chocolate in the park, or having a swim when the water seems friendly enough.
Yet there’s a lot more variance in warm climates. If you’re in a sunny area, like that of Australia or Spain, you can head to the beach with the warm weather during the Christmas period. It feels amazing, and you’ll look amazing doing it!
Head to a Caste
Poking into the past has a lot of rewards about it, so try it out. If you have some spare time in your holiday, grab a group of friends and hit up a heritage site. They’re full of culture and brilliant views, and during this time of year usually have some big events planned out.
These kinds of things are well publicised so it won’t be too hard to find something along the lines of this. You’ll be featured on websites and newsletters yourself if you’re not careful!
When you’re on holiday, you’re guaranteed to feel amazing, and that means you’re going to want to get up to more than usual. Put your energy to good use and have the celebrations of a lifetime. Put as much money or creativity as you want in the pot, and go wild!
