I’ve been taking Zumba for a few weeks now and really enjoying myself. I go three times a week, get a good hour of cardio in and it doesn’t even feel like I’ve worked out when I leave. The next morning is a whole different story. I’m not sure if it’s the cardio from Zumba or the strength and core training that I typically do after that has me sore, but it hurts so good!
While I love the moves we do in class, I love the music more. We dance to old school and current hits that are catchy and even have me doing Zumba moves at my desk at work.
