I’m back at it again with another holiday gift guide! This time it’s for the budding career women in your life. Individually these are great for stocking stuffers, but I recommend getting them all as kind of a starter kit for those new to the workforce.
Fun coffee mug – I don’t know about y’all, but I don’t always have time to stop at a local coffee shop so I started keeping k-cups and cappuccino at the office. During the Fall and Winter months I love to drink out of real mugs, so I make sure I keep one in the breakroom cabinet. Not only is this mug super cute, but it’s monogrammed so it makes it easy to spot.
Ceramic mug – See the reasons above, but for when you need more than 12 ounces of java or tea. This is actually the mug I currently have at the office. It’s perfect for my morning meetings.
Stapler, Pencil Holder and Tape Dispenser – Yes, these items might be supplied, but they won’t be as cute as these gold and acrylic ones. These get the job done and bring a smile to your face.
Planner – A physical planner is the perfect companion to the calendar in Outlook. Some use those huge desk calendars, but I love my MAMBI planner and I use it for work and personal use. The discs make it easy to add and remove pages and there are so many accessories available to customize the planner to best fit your needs.
Personalized mousepad – This is another piece that might be supplied by the office, but why not have a cute one? It’ll make your workspace more personable.
Phone charger/iPhone dock – I don’t know about y’all, but my phone’s battery doesn’t last a full day. Between emails, social media, calls and texts I end up plugging it after lunch. I have quite a few charging cables, but I wouldn’t say no if I received this cute one in my stocking this holiday season.
Ergonomic wireless keyboard & mouse set – I didn’t realize how necessary this was until after I sat at someone’s desk that didn’t have it. I spend most of my day on my computer and I would have the worst wrist pain if I didn’t have an ergonomic keyboard. The wireless mouse is just a perk.
USB 3.0 Hub – Perfect for when you only have 1 or 2 USB slots, and one’s being used for the previously mentioned keyboard and mouse set. This gives you more USB slots and saves you the struggle of bending down to your tower every time you need to plug in a thumb drive.
Are any of these on y’alls list this year? If not, you should consider adding them or getting them for the working girls in your life.
