I’ve been talking about my workouts a lot on here recently, but I don’t think I’ve shared a major key (in my DJ Khaled voice) with y’all. I’m a morning person, so it’s a lot easier for me to get my yoga glow from an 8AM. Now I don’t know about y’all, but I can’t workout on an empty stomach but I also don’t want to be too full. I don’t want to pass out from not having anything in my stomach, but I also don’t want to get sick from having bacon and eggs and then contorting my body to resemble a pretzel for an hour.
Enter Lärabar’s new treats. I’ve had some of their products before so I knew what to expect. Delicious, healthy easy to eat snacks made from real food and these chocolate macaroon bites did not disappoint!
I have a bit of a sweet tooth and the chocolate bites were calling my name from the moment I stepped into my local Sam’s. So much so that I asked them to pull down a brand new pallet when I grabbed the last bag. As usual they were more than helpful and within minutes I was walking out with my snacks.
I used to refer to the he macaroon bites and fruit & nut bars (especially the peanut butter cookie ones) as my guilty pleasures, but I don’t even feel guilty about eating them. The sugar in them comes from the natural fruit! It doesn’t get better than that. I try to bring a bag to my yoga classes with me because my friends love them too, and the bars give us that boost we need after a good sweat.
