There are times when I need that extra boost to get me moving. Whether it’s getting through emails at work or wanting something to groove to while I’m getting ready for a night out with my girls I tend to open up my Spotify app and find a good playlist to listen to. I was actually at work last week trying to make it through a midday slump (and avoiding Starbucks) when I came up with the idea of this playlist. I started thinking of songs that make me want to throw it in a circle and came up with this. It’s a mix of songs from when I was younger to trap hits of today, so there’s something for everyone! I already know that this is going to be one of those playlist that constantly grows so feel free to follow it and shake it when the mood strikes!
