I’m going to preface this post by saying that I don’t cook a lot. The entire process isn’t really life-giving for me and as a result I don’t venture too far outside of my wheelhouse when it comes to trying new recipes. Well on Sunday I added a new recipe to that wheelhouse.
I didn’t realize it was this easy to make lasagna! I was so used to buying Stouffer’s lasagna, thinking that it took way more effort than it actually does to make this yummy dish. Shout out to my cousin, Tavaria for walking me through this process (and snapping pics)!
I wasn’t ready for the whole noodle making aspect of it so we bought oven ready noodles, ground turkey, sauce, diced tomatoes, spinach, ricotta and mozzarella cheese, a dozen eggs (my first dozen since the price surge), a box of Texas toast and break-and-bake cookies and headed home. Then we started cooking.
This isn’t a sponsored post, I promise!
The whole process was pretty easy and very fun, I’ll definitely be making more of this in the future. I made a huge pan that I’ll probably be eating on all week (even after having my cousin and Marc over for dinner last night) and I’m a-okay with that.

I was SHOCKED the first time I made lasagna. It seems so complicated. I had no idea how easy it was!
