About a month ago I posted about my ongoing battle with body acceptance and I mentioned that I was thinking about ordering some bikinis for my upcoming cruise. Well I bit the bullet and did it! I’ve tried them on and sent pictures to a few friends and I love them! I love the way I look in them and I know that they’ll get a lot of use this spring and summer season. I wanted to show you guys pictures of me in them, but I think I’ll wait until I post cruise pics and do the “unveiling” then. I will give you guys a sneak peek though.
I found out about Swimsuits for All last year and actually meant to order from them then, but it slipped my mind and the next thing I knew swimsuit season was over. I made sure that I didn’t make the same mistake this year. I’d been eyeing a few one-pieces, but it was when I saw Ashley Graham’s spread in Sports Illustrated and I was determined then to get a bikini.
If these photos don’t scream body acceptance I don’t know what does. Now I didn’t choose any of those bikinis, I favored the pin-up look of the high waist bikini, I will definitely be showing my curves in bikinis once it gets warmer.
I ordered from Swimsuits for All in preparation for my trip to Honduras. Great company!!
