It’s that time again!!!! Last night at 11:59PM the line-up for the concerts at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo was released! After that debacle last year with the line-up releasing early the HLSR team decided to go a different way and release the lineup on Facebook. I didn’t stay up last night to see it when they first released it (because I’m a grandma who likes her sleep), but I checked it this morning when I woke up and might have screamed a bit when I saw this.
Yes, you see that correctly MAROON 5 is coming back!!! I was at the last show they did at the rodeo and I know they got some pretty hefty fines because Adam couldn’t stop cursing. We have a screen for closed caption during everything in that arena and those shows are for families. I wasn’t sure if they’d get invited back after that. But they did!! I’m going to buy tickets for Usher, Maroon 5 and Robin Thicke but I’m sure I’ll be going to more shows than that. Last year I only bought tickets to Bruno Mars and ended up receiving tickets to about 5 other shows. Gotta love commercial real estate! I really want to go see Reba, Hunter Hayes, Keith Urban and Blake Shelton, but I’m like 80% positive I can get tickets for those shows other ways. Individual tickets go on sale this Saturday at 10AM, so please believe I’ll be up with my computer in my lap and a mug of coffee in my hand on Ticketmaster’s site. Who’s with me?
