Last Wednesday night Drake’s tour rolled through Houston and of course I went. I got the chance to see some of my favorite people who I haven’t seen in months and even got to sit 3rd row thanks to one special lady! Thanks Kim!!
Miguel & Future opened up the show and I don’t think I sat down during their sets. That says a lot since I’m not a fan of Future like that. I knew Miguel was talented but I didn’t realize how talented he was until Wednesday night. I wouldn’t mind seeing him the next time he’s in town.
After searching for a beer/wine vendor on the floor between Miguel and Drake’s set for what seemed like forever, Kim and I were able to grab a mini bottle of wine to drink. Everyone was sold out or only had Michelob…gross! I didn’t take that many pictures or videos during Drake’s set, I was too busy enjoying myself but I will post what I did.
He performed for a solid 2 hours and did a lot of his hits. He even performed November 18th for us. That brought back old memories from the first performance of his that I went to at Warehouse Live back in 2009. He even had footage of that show running behind him as he performed that.
