Linking up with Ashley @ Adventures of Newlyweds again!
I haven’t done one of these in so long…I can honestly say that and that makes me sad. I’m going to combine a few things I want to talk about today in this post.
dear Followers,
I have not abandoned thee!! I’ve gotten a few emails from some concerned followers and it really made my heart smile that y’all were checking in on me. All is well, I promise. Work’s just been incredibly busy and add school and life on top of that and I’m one tired cookie. I don’t want to anything when I get home except crash. Ask Chuck, he’ll tell you that there have been many a night where I missed phone calls from him or curled up next to him out of sheer exhaustion. I promise I’m gonna get better and balancing it all. I just need time to adjust to it all.
dear Weekend,
I know I’ve been saying in practically every ‘Dear Friday’ post, but I really am looking forward to you and some of the rest I’ll be getting in you.
dear Body,
I really need you to adjust to Daylight Savings. This week I’ve gone to bed around 9-something every night and woken up around 4:45AM. Do y’all know how much that sucks? I have 45 minutes left before my alarm goes off. Ugh!
dear Galaxy 3,
You never fail to amaze me. I just found out the other day that I can silence my morning alarm by saying ‘Stop’. How awesome is that? Now I just need to figure out how low I can say it for it to register. I’ve been picking up my phone and just saying ‘Stop’ instead of swiping the alarm off, but if I can just say it from lying in my bed…now that would be the ultimate gift!
dear Kiddos,
I’ve already started Christmas shopping for you. Get ready!!
dear Chuck,
You’re keeping me on my toes, boy! And I like it. Oh, I love you!
dear Daddy,
Thank you for just being you this week.
dear Apartment Search,
Please be easy on me. I have a few places in mind and I’m praying things go well with one in particular. I’m gonna dedicate an entire post to this guys.
dear Gals,
I didn’t know how to address my besties, and for some reason thought that’d be funny. Eh. It’s Friday and almost time for me to go home. Forgive me. I’m looking forward to bridesmaid dress shopping tomorrow. I already have the gown that I’m wearing picked out, but this is like a rite of passage so I’ll definitely be there.
dear Breaking Dawn Pt. 2,
I hope that you’re true to the book and that some theatrical fight scene isn’t thrown in just to sell tickets. I, like millions of other people were let down when there wasn’t a fight scene at the end of the book (especially after all that build up), but don’t try to appease us and turn away from the book. I’ll be okay the scene that they’ve been showing on the previews of Edward swinging Bella around to Chuck Norris kick a bad vamp is from one of Alice’s visions. I’m actually going to see this movie two days in a row so I will have a review for y’all next week.
Boo's Basket says
