And since today is day 1, here are 15 fun facts about me.
- I have one tattoo, it’s the Chinese symbol for the word ‘strength’. My sister and I got them last February.
- I got a second piercing in my ears my sophomore year of undergrad, but they’ve since closed up.
- I don’t know how to ride a bike.
- I love nail polish.
- I used to own a chocolate lab.
- My favorite color is blue.
- When I first went away to undergrad I told my dad that I could live off of peanut butter, beef jerky and Dr. Pepper…and he looked at me and just laughed.
- I’m the oldest of 4 siblings.
- I have the best boyfriend in the world…and I stand behind that statement.
- I marched for 6 years, and was the head drum major of my band my senior year of high school.
- I didn’t drink sweet tea until I went off to college, and now I love it.
- I spoil my two nieces and nephew.
- I am perfectly content spending a weekend curled up with my kindle.
- I have over 16,000 songs on my iPod, I love music…period.
- This is the second blog I’ve started, but the first that I’ve actually kept up with and have gotten feedback on.
What are 15 fun facts about you?
That is a TON of songs! I love it. I usually like half-and-half sweet vs. unsweet tea (because sweet tea is a little too sweet for me).

Ooh yes! So restaurant's sweet teas are too sweet. I've started to favor Arnold Palmers. And yeah, that's just the songs, that doesn't include the 100+ movies and other videos, live footage from artists I love…oh and podcasts. God definitely had me in mind when He put it on the creators of the iPod to make the 160GB one. I have about 16GB of free memory left and I have no clue what I'm going to do when I fill it up. Lol!
My dad wouldn't even let me attempt to do it. Haha!! He quickly got me a meal plan and scolded me before I even tried to go and load up on those items. I remember him clearly saying that I would die from a heart attack before I even finished undergrad if I did that. Lol!!
And by golly, I think you've given me an idea ma'am!! I might have to do a music related post once a week to share my eclectic taste with y'all!
I also never learned how to ride a bike! I wish I knew how though. I've always thought girls looked good riding a bike. 🙂 Don't ask me how coz I can't explain it. 🙂
