Dear Monday – Ed. 6

So after a quick search through my posts I found out that I’ve done 5 ‘Dear Mondays’ making this edition 6.  Once again I’m linking up with Meg @ Happy Day.

It’s good to see you after a relaxing weekend.  This means that I’m this much closer to going to Boston to see Ryan and going to Toronto!!

It’s been a long time, my friend. I did something I hadn’t done in years this past Saturday, going to the Galveston with my parents to ride the ferry.  We live about 45 minutes from the island so when my sister and I were in high school and we didn’t have anything to do on the weekend we’d go to Galveston, ride the ferry, get ice cream cones and come back home.  Well I’ve been out of high school for 6 years now, and I haven’t done that since then.  I threw the idea out when my step-mom said she wanted to get out and do something, but she didn’t know what. We had fun!  We changed it up a bit though, after riding the ferry I treated them to dinner in celebration of my step-mom’s graduation ceremony and we booked it back to the house.  Here are a few pictures.

I love your sales, but I can never go in one of your stores without spending at least $30.  I don’t know if that’s your fault or mine…hmm.

I can’t believe you’ll be heading off to Baltimore this weekend.  I know that this is going to be an amazing experience for you and congrats again for getting accepted into their PhD program. I had a blast at your going away brunch, especially randomly bursting into the Ducktails theme song.  I’ll be coming up to visit you before you know it!!

I look forward to seeing you this evening for our Starbucks date!! 🙂

It sucks that they never released 100 seats, but we will have a party in section 201.  Toronto won’t know what hit it!
